Accordingly, this study suggests that ordinary colleges take initiative steps to make enrollment adjustments to future growth trends of the youth population. Ordinary senior high school enrollment Granger caused college enrollment, but not vice versa. The unconventional Toda-Yamamoto tests suggest an interesting unidirectional Granger causal chain junior high school enrollment Granger caused ordinary senior high school enrollment. Un-identical unit roots suggested for the three variables implied the impossibility of cointegration and construction of I(1) vector autoregressive models. The paper conducted ADF and PP unit root tests. The paper employed annual time-series data. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the long-term and/or short-term relationships between the enrollments in regular high schools and colleges. Over the past years, China’s enrollments in junior and senior high schools have decreased. In the long term, junior high school enrollment, ordinary senior high school enrollment and ordinary college enrollment must be coordinated. However, at the third and final phase, the parallel corpus will incorporate 15 foreign languages (including English) comprising a weighted corpus size of at least 15 million words. Whereas, in the second phase, there will be a sub-corpora that will consist of a parallel corpus having 1 million words in Bangla and English. In this work, the whole task was divided into three major phases, where the goal of the first phase is to build a representative monolingual corpus that will include at least 100 million Bangla words. This paper proposes the development process of the BDNC (first phase-Bangla monolingual corpus). To address these issues, the goal of this research work was set to compile the Bangladeshi National Corpus (BDNC). Moreover, none of these works can bear the best fruit without the help of a standard corpus. ![]() Many sporadic empirical works have been done so far in the field of NLP and Computational Linguistics yet, and these are never enough. The need for a balanced, representative national scale corpus has been skyrocketing for the already 'low resource' tagged language-Bangla. The translation accuracy of the MT system has been evaluated using BLEU technique. The Bodo to English MTn system has been developed using the Hybrid technique for General and News domains of Bodo-English parallel transliterated words/terms. The Bodo to English MT system has been developed using the Phrase-based Statistical Machine Translation technique for General and News domains of Bodo-English parallel text corpus. The primary objective of this paper is to develop Bodo to English Machine Translation system with the help of Bodo to English Machine Transliteration system. Though Bodo is a recognized language of India still not much research work has been done on MT and MTn systems due to the low resources. English is a high resource natural language, whereas Bodo is a low resource natural language. Both the MT and MTn are the challenging research task in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computational Linguistics (CL) globally. Machine Transliteration (MTn) is also a technique that converts the script of text from source language to target language without changing the pronunciation of the source text. ![]() Machine Translation (MT) is a technique that automatically translates text from one natural language to another using machine like computer.
